Family Programs Educator
Adam Bailey is both an experienced educator and award winning theatre artist. With a degree from the University of Toronto, a diploma from Sheridan College and additional training from Second City, Soulpepper, Tarragon Theartre and Buddies in Bad Times – he is happy to impart his lessons on to others and does so regularly. Adam Bailey has been an instructor with DramaWay, providing process-based arts programs, for just under 10 years, he is also an Interpersonal Skills Facilitator at Ryerson University and teaches theatre creation to artist of all ages.
Adam Bailey Co-Artistic directs the Toronto Festival of Clowns, has written and directed several award winning shows for Still Your Friend, including The Assiasination of Robert Ford: Dirty Little Coward (Best of Fringe, Toronto, 2014), and performed in the Nationally Toured Adam Bailey is on Fire (2015-2016, Winner of Patron’s Pick Toronto Fringe 2016), and The Life Henri (2016-2017, Now Magazine’s Outstanding Production & Outstanding New Play, Toronto Fringe 2017). He has also directed The Taming of the Shrew, Vinegar Tom, Terrorism and St. Francis Talks to the Birds (Royal Porcupine Productions), Five Women Wearing the Same Dress (Flutter Bye Productions) and Skunkweed (Tripple Bypass Productions).
